Simply brilliant. Friendly, professional service. They restored the bracelet of my Breitling and it looks brand new. They also serviced the watch, which had been losing a lot of time after being sent away through a department store. Now it runs perfectly. If you need a real watchmaker, this is the place.

On a friend’s recommendation, I took my father’s Certina DS Automatic to José María to fix a fault. A previous watchmaker had returned it in a worse state. Given its age (early 1960s) I thought it was beyond repair, but his expertise made it possible. This watch is my father’s memory, and now I can carry it on.
This watch apparently couldn’t be repaired… I took it to La Puerta Real and they made it as good as new. A brilliant watchmaker, very professional and attentive.

Most work requires the watch to be brought to our workshop in person. We carry out an initial assessment with no obligation and explain our diagnosis before starting any work.
For medical reasons, we are currently unable to take on repairs to clocks and other large timepieces. All our other services continue as normal.
